How do I return an item, or request a refund?

Products come with a 30 day money back guarantee! If you are dissatisfied with any product, please contact customer service for information on returning or refunding an item.

Order and Refund Policy

  Pure Health Systems offers the best products of their kind available and we stand behind our products. Should you be dissatisfied with any of the nutritional products offered and obtained directly through Pure Health Systems and this website, you may return the product for a full refund, less shipping charges, when you return unused portion (or unopened product) to the shipper with order details. PHS will credit your account, or replace the product in question.

Complaints/Questions/Cancellations/Chargeback Policy and NOTICE: Should there be any complaints regarding your order, or questions, or you have charges you do not recognize, PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST TO AVOID A POSSIBLE $25 CHARGEBACK FEE. This fee is charged to us by all credit card companies for ANY type of chargeback complaint, and in EVERY case with Pure Health Systems to date, this is due to someone not recognizing the charge or remembering the charge. If the complaint or challenge is valid, we will remedy the situation immediately. If you initiate a chargeback through your credit card company, and it turns out to be unsubstantiated by our record evidence, you agree to the $25 additional charge to your account. Placing any order in this cart system and from this webpage constitutes agreement to make a good effort to contact us (970-731-9724 or email drhealth@purehealthsystems.com) first on any issues you have with orders or charges. If we do not answer, please leave a message and we will get back to your as soon as possible!

All orders placed through this automatic cart system, and then later canceled for any reason outside Pure Health System's fault, WILL be subject to the actual shipping charges, (if shipped), and a 10% total order cancellation charge due to credit card charges to us, (if charge cannot be voided) and costs for us to stop processing or initiate refund process.
